Around Chinese New Year everyone will be bustling about 'getting ready'... getting snacks for visitors... being oranges for visits... getting new clothes... getting decorations...

Speaking of decorations, my sister wanted me make her some for her pussy willow (a plant commonly bought for houses during the season) ... So I thought about it about and did these...

I did 5 red and 5 yellow... these 2 are 'modelled' on the pussy willow at my place. What do you think? I thought the tassels would make them look less home-made. But tying the tassels was extremely fiddly and left my fingers rather sore... but I think it was worth it.

I like them. I hope she likes them too.
